Terms and Conditions bagi1 — Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using the bagi1 platform in any capacity, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all related rules and policies which may be updated from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you sign any registration form, verify your account, or make your first transaction on bagi1. You cannot claim to be unaware of these terms once the registration process is complete.

To register as a bagi1 member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration. bagi1 takes child protection seriously and conducts age verification on every new account.
• Registering as a private individual for your own personal use — not on behalf of any company, agency, or third party.
• Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) bagi1 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address.
• Completing the Identity Verification (KYC) process when requested by bagi1, including submitting valid identification documents.

Bagi1 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

Deposit-related terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for DuitNow, FPX and eWallet; and RM 50 for direct bank transfer.
• bagi1 does not charge any processing fees on deposits made through any supported payment method.
• Account holder name of the payment method used must match with the name registered on the bagi1 account. Deposits from third-party names are not accepted and will be processed for return.
• bagi1 reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized transactions.

All winning withdrawals are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) directly to the Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered to your bagi1 account. Here are the withdrawal terms and process you need to know:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for all available withdrawal methods.
• KYC verification (identity verification) must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. This includes submitting a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Withdrawals to a bank account or eWallet where the account holder's name differs from the bagi1 account name will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.
• Any bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

Bagi1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specified rollover requirements, which must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Every bonus offered has its own rollover requirement, explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the total deposit + bonus amount (e.g., a 5x rollover means you need to wager five times the combined bonus + deposit amount).
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per qualifying eligibility. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once will result in cancellation of all related bonuses.
• bagi1 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through bonus usage suspected of involving fraud or system manipulation.

General game rules are as follows:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is complete and the result has been recorded by the system.
• Any technical failure during an active round will be resolved based on bagi1's system records, which are considered authoritative.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• Bets for Sports Betting are final once a match begins, unless the cash-out feature is activated before the closing deadline.

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all members, bagi1 strictly prohibits all of the following activities and conduct on the platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register or play.
• Use of automation software, scripts, or bots to play or place bets.
• Manipulation of the system or exploitation of technical errors (bug abuse) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to transfer funds through the bagi1 platform for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Any form of collusion or arrangement between players to manipulate game outcomes.

Bagi1 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member account at any time with or without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified period.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the bagi1 customer support team. Valid funds and bonus balances that have met rollover requirements will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of a standard review.

Bagi1 takes its responsible gaming commitment seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period to keep your spending in check.
• Account Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months) if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term self-exclusion options are available for members who need a more serious break from gaming.

Bagi1 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• bagi1 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions, third-party software failures, or user equipment malfunctions.
• bagi1's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual fund balance in that member's account at the time the incident occurs.
• bagi1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

If you have any dispute or complaint regarding use of the bagi1 platform, a transaction, or a game outcome, the following procedure must be followed:

• Contact the bagi1 customer support team via live chat within 72 hours from the date of the disputed incident.
• Provide your account details, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant evidence (screenshots, transaction numbers) to help expedite the investigation.
• bagi1 is committed to investigating and providing an initial response to all complaints within 3 working days.
• Final resolution for more complex cases will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date the complaint was received.

Bagi1's decision on all game-related, winnings, and technical disputes is final. bagi1 uses internal system records as the primary reference in all investigations.

Bagi1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via:

• In-app or on-site notification from bagi1 at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Email notification to the address registered on your account.
• The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the last amendment made.

Continued use of the bagi1 platform after an amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
